Well, if you follow me for a while now, then you know that I'm an addict for pretty coffee table decor.
In many homes, the coffee table serves as the focal point of the living room; it's where people often gather and where the eye is naturally drawn. So, why not make sure it's pretty to look at?
If any of you have empty coffee tables in need of a little prettying up, I hope you'll get some inspiration from this post.
1. Start with something that grounds the coffee table(e.g. trays); I use a large tray on my coffee table, because it keeps everything neatly, being a great way to organize and display my favourite trinkets.
2. Use coffee table books; stacking books on your coffee table will create contrast and add a pop of colour, plus it's nice to have something interesting that your guests/family can pick up and read. Along with some stacked coffee table books, I add a book topper(e.g. a decorative magnifying glass)
3. Decorative boxes; they are great for stowing things that you don't want cluttering up your table (mine hold TV remotes, 3D glasses, matches for the candles, my favourite room spray)
4. Flowers(fresh or faux); you can inject in, even more personality by placing your flowers in something unique(like this Jonathan Adler cobalt mini scoop vase) ______________________________________
